Is there a music player for iphone with the required function (more in the table of contents)?

Need a music player with this feature:
Rewind or fast forward 5 seconds using a GESTURE.
For example, I want to rewind a track 5 seconds back - then I swipe to the left and the track rewinds 5 seconds back.
Ideally, you can adjust the stride length. For example 5 sec, 2 sec, etc.
Is there such an application?
