Cloning sim cards?

Good evening.
Faced a problem in the number of SIM cards:
1. Car alarm
2. 3G modem for car radio
3. 3G modem for laptop
4. 3 SIM cards of different regions, countries.
and that 6 sim cards minimum! =(
I remembered old articles when you could put up to 16 numbers on one SIM card.
Questions:
1. Can you still do this? Operators have not set restrictions?
2. Nano-sim (iPhone) can also be cloned?
3. Is it possible to
4. If I had experience or saw the latest articles with iPhone, I would be glad to see articles (links )
=) If you take unlimited Internet from the operator, tilt SIM cards and distribute them to friends, will the Internet be free? I understand the problems with incoming calls and SMS, but for 3G modems and tablets it will be very cool

Kyivstar offered 2 sim cards simultaneously working. One for calls and Internet, the second only for Internet. I think you should call the operator first.

On the network, usually (I have not seen another) only one SIM card from clones can work.
