Is there a multi-protocol messenger with Skype support now?

I use several Skypes - two work + 1 personal. Plus several mailboxes (general corporate + personal work).
It used to be covered by Trillian. But now I installed it - and it doesn't support Skype at all =(.
Tell me - is there a working alternative now to directly several Skypes at the same time?

Skype has a closed protocol, multi-protocol messengers no longer support it. So the general answer is no.

Open https://web.skype.com/ in three incognito tabs.
But only for the elite.
