Is there a module for creating floating windows on top of an Angular 2+ website?

We are making an Angular 2+ project with a chat. To open private correspondence with a specific person, it is planned to make something like modal windows, but the difference from a modal window is that this window (private chat) should be dragged over the site, there should not be a curtain blocking the rest of the interface. Several such windows can be opened and carried independently of each other. Is there a ready-made module for Angular 2+ to implement this? And in general, what is the name of such a window?
