Is there a "mobile" browser for desktop Windows?

Is there a browser, or how to set up the usual ones (Chrome / Firefox, etc.) for desktop Windows so that sites think that you are accessing from a mobile browser?
I know that in Chrome DevTools and so on you can watch both from a mobile phone, this is not very convenient for my needs.

Change the user-agent and many sites will show you the mobile version of the site.
You can also install an android emulator and install mobile browsers into it.

Install bluestacks or another android emulator and run the mobile version of the browser in it.
