Is there a Metro style GUI for Linux?
Who can recommend a Linux window manager and/or a theme that is as close as possible to Metro UI from Win8 in terms of visual style?

If you just want a clean and elegant design, my choice is XFCE, the xfwm theme is a remake of Elegant Brit, the GTK theme is a remake of Zenner. It's not quite Metro (especially in terms of colors - I prefer a combination of warm gray and dark red), but you can finish it. The main thing - no roundness, blur and other nightmare.
There is a netbook mode in kde, it has big icons on the desktop... but I don't even know anymore. If we take the idea that the program occupies the entire screen, then any tile manager, for example awesome. It divides the space without a remainder into tiles. Very comfortable and no need to fold anything. + 9 tags (desktops)
Too much work needs to be done to make a topic like this. Tembolee it is not clear how to make "titles".
For now, you can set the Metro style for conky gnome-look.org/content/show.php/metro+style+conky?content=145585
If you can launch this or that app by clicking on conky, you can make it look like “titles” in win 8.
