Is there a means to automate the generation of escaped_fragment pages?

I am developing a project on vue.js. It is necessary to properly optimize only one start page on the site. Google is already doing quite well on its own, but not everything is so good with Yandex yet. For some reason I can't use server rendering. I decided to just shove Yandex a static copy of the page I need through escaped_fragment. And so I thought about how to automate this, otherwise I don’t really want to manually copy the rendered version from the browser every time. In theory, it would be cool if there was a certain service that, upon api request, could download the url I needed through my browser and give the rendered version. Does something similar exist?
