Is there a lazy loader for a set of programs under Linux?

Like everyone in startup, I have a small number of programs that I use every day.
But sometimes there is such a need to download a certain set of programs immediately after loading the computer (for example, IDE, browser, skype, email client). This set is standard for me and it seems that it could be placed in autoload, but often there are situations when you restart your computer and you don’t want all this stuff to be loaded right away. Therefore, the idea arose of a certain launcher program.
As I see the process: the computer boots up, the launcher appears, I select a specific profile, uncheck unnecessary programs, press the Run button and leave to make coffee for myself while everything unfolds / starts up.
If something similar is ready?
Or write yourself? )

Firstly, such an application in any language that you know can be easily written.
Secondly, you can get away with sidebar shortcuts that will launch your application suites from a script (in any language, bash is probably the easiest here).
To create shortcuts, it is convenient to use alacarte, you configure everything in graphical mode, then fix the shortcut on the panel.
PS If it takes so long to start up that you can make coffee - something is wrong here, maybe you should think about updating the hardware)
