Is there a language (DSL) to define the network structure?

In short, I want to generate local DNS, network settings (Linux:/etc/network/interfaces or just scripts for each machine, windows:powershell/netsh scripts) and switches (configuration scripts for IOS/JunOS) from a single configuration file that describes network structure in terms of switching, interfaces and services. Before I reinvent the wheel and test out the 15th standard , maybe I'm missing something obvious? A Google search did not give anything except RDF-based monsters that exist only in the imagination of the authors, but I do not exclude that I made a mistake with the keyword selection vector =)
I would like to emphasize that I am not looking for a ready -made system, which does what is described in the first sentence (because any such system will be highly specific to a particular environment), I'm interested in the language , on a subset of which I will collect something.

Heard (but didn't use) YANG/NETCONF . See if it suits you.
