Is there a home media server that can be controlled from an Android device?

Good evening.
I want to know if there is a media server under Linux that supports control from a tablet / phone. An example of what I want is the YouTube app for xbox 360. There, from any device, you can select a video that will be played on the console

Why not Chromecast ?
Somehow I was tormented by all sorts of media servers to use, scored on everything and bought a Chromecast .
More functional than a media server, it is possible to climb files on a computer (special extension).
office price 2 290 rub.
with amazon cost 1450 rubles.
More details on youtube

XBMC can handle Android, I use Yaste: kodi.wiki/view/Android_remotes
XBMC itself can work on many media players, I use Raspberry Pi
