Is there a hard copy of "Become an Xcoder" ? If so, can you post a link to where to buy it? Found only in pdf. preferably in English, thanks.

"Become An Xcoder" is distributed free of charge as a PDF booklet under a Creative Commons license.
The paper version has not been published.
