Is there a guide in Russian for git ("push" on FTP)?

The task was to just push the finished code to FTP, it’s very inconvenient, for example, to change the site directly to ftp or download the whole thing on your PC, then code and upload individual files back, you want to achieve “zen” and send changes to ftp via git push, and also better both on ftp and on github \ bitbuckt etc.
Perhaps there is a sensible guide on this case? I'm not very familiar with English.
