Is there a guaranteed service that everyone trusts?

Hello. Advise guarantor-service.
The principle of operation is this:

  • The customer and the contractor sign the contract (Put a checkmark on the website of the guarantor that they agree with the terms of both parties)
  • The customer transfers the money to the guarantor
  • In case of fulfillment of all conditions of the contract, the guarantor transfers the money to the contractor
  • else { money is returned to the customer }

To directly trust everyone - of course not.
And in some cases, each performer is expensive, because. very few people can.
So the other day I refused to do a project for a customer who wanted a guarantor and generally wanted too much, as it seemed to me. And that's all - now he will sit without a project for a very long time, I'm afraid.
