Is there a good Skype client that supports multiple accounts?

Recently, Skype has been falling off for me from time to time when receiving messages, reinstalling, etc., not really. And I often get confused in two windows. Are there any good clients left? I heard that at some point, because of microsoft, most of it was cut off.
