Is there a gateway for receiving a call to 8-800 with HTTP sending the result to the server?

Please advise a good and / or cheap service for receiving calls to 8-800, receiving numbers dialed from the phone and sending them with an HTTP request to my server.
The scenario might look like this: a) a person calls 8-800-xxxx, b) he is given a simple voice menu, c) he selects an item and finishes off a few numbers from the keyboard, d) what he typed is sent as an HTTP request to external server.
Surely there is some company that provides such a service.

When you register 8-800 for yourself, you can configure it there so that the call goes after the fact to any other number.
Our organization has 3 numbers 8-800, two of them go to ordinary city numbers and one to mobile.
Accordingly, you can get any number with the functionality you need, and then bind 8-800 to this number
