Is there a function where, instead of specifying the address D444, it was possible to specify that the link is on top of the current cell?

There is a code

=REGEXEXTRACT( ИНДЕКС(IMPORTHTML(D994;"table";0);2;1);"[\s\S]*\d+\s*(?:-\s*)?(\S+)")

Is it possible to indicate instead of D994 that the link is on top, that is, the code for D995 and the Link for D994?
The problem is? that I constantly have to often copy the code and change the number well + I have a problem with the number buttons.

Cell above:
ДВССЫЛ("R[-1]C";0)
Cell right:
ДВССЫЛ("RC[1]";0)
Cell left:
ДВССЫЛ("RC[-1]";0)
Cell below:
ДВССЫЛ("R[1]C";0)
The logic is: R = row = row; C = column = column If the number is without brackets
, it is an absolute reference same row/column , etc.
