Is there a free solution to generate Excel files from Windows Store App?

Good afternoon.
I'm looking for a free solution to generate Excel files from the Windows Store App.
Options:
1) OpenXML (DocumentFormat.OpenXml 2.5.0 https://www.nuget.org/packages/DocumentFormat.Open... - not compatible with Windows Store App
2) Export To CSV ( code.msdn.microsoft.com /windowsapps/Export-To-CSV-... - not suitable due to the complex structure of the data that will need to be placed in the file
3) The rest of the top 20 nuget for "excel" is the same as in point 1.
Maybe someone has come across this and solved the problem.
