How to make a pie chart in excel?

There is data from a survey through Google Forms. There he builds a diagram of how many people answered a particular question. So I need to build a chart in Excel how many people answered a particular question if they chose a certain option in one of the questions. Through the filters, I chose everything and in Google spreadsheets he himself builds diagrams without any problems, but in excel I don’t understand how.
For example: In one of the questions, the respondents choose in which area they live in another, let's say they choose whether they are satisfied with the quality of the management company's work (satisfied, not satisfied, difficult to answer), then I select this or that area through the filter and, according to the data of a certain area, I I build a diagram of how many people in a particular area are satisfied, dissatisfied or found it difficult to answer.
