You need to manage bids in direct, maybe someone has started writing or knows a ready-made solution. If the project is in php, then I can finish it. A bid manager for adwords is also relevant.

Why reinvent the wheel?
There are many commission free ppc systems that work with both Direct and Adwords.

Bid managers do not provide any optimization in Yandex.Direct. Read more . Set a bid in proportion to the conversion and use "in the block at the lowest price".

Setting a bid when there are an unlimited number of keys is an impossible task. The conversion optimizer helps the bidder to set bids based on statistics.
By the way, there are not so many bidders for both Direct and Google. And so for the YAN and CCM, all the more so. Ours , for example, is just that.
