There is a ready site - NewSite. It already has a table of users. It is necessary to create a forum with its own database, but for authorization it must use a table from the NewSite database. Are there such solutions?

Well, this can be done on any CMS. On each in their own way. You just need to modify it to suit your needs. I don't know CMS with such a standard feature. I can help, please contact me in my profile.
