Is there a Drag&Drop buffer plugin for Google Calendar events?

It's very convenient that events can be dragged around the calendar, but is there a plugin that would allow you to have such an area (or several areas) where these tasks can be dropped, and then dragged from there to the calendar again?
And so that all information (duration and periodicity, for example) is preserved.
