I want to run a project (on socket.io), which is extremely sensitive to delays. Therefore, I would like to have several instances at once on different data centers, for different regions. Let's say three DCs would be enough: Moscow, Siberia, Far East.
Is it possible to organize this within the framework of one contract with one hosting company?

Of course, it is possible if the company has data centers in various regions of the Russian Federation. Look towards large integrators, such as Rostelecom, etc.
