Is there a difference from which region to order a book on Amazon?

Is there any benefit from which region to order a book on Amazon to Russia (specifically to Siberia)?
Delivery speeds: from where quickly, from where will it take a long time to go?
Where are high taxes on purchases, and where not?
Amazon's geography is as follows:

Compare prices (Amazon has a strange pricing policy). Moreover, prices should be compared not only for the books themselves (translating into rubles if you pay from a ruble account), but also for delivery. Please note that even in Europe the prices for postal services vary greatly. For example, delivery to the UK and Belgium is very expensive compared to, for example, Germany. From the US, of course, the most expensive delivery (but the prices for the books themselves in terms of rubles were the lowest three years ago, I won’t say now, I haven’t bought it for a long time - compare yourself). So grab your calculator and go.

Order from the American one, because it is with him that most of the most famous intermediaries like Parcel, Shopfans, Polar Express work. It will not be possible to order from other regions, since Amazon delivers only a very limited range of goods directly to Russia
