Is there a difference between safari running on iphone, ipad and other Apple devices?

I understand that the question is most likely a noob one, but I'm a beginner layout designer and I want to understand this: when I make up a layout and look at it on my iphone, is it enough for me to be sure that everything will be displayed the same on other Apple products? Safari has "Request Desktop Website" on iphone, can I rely on this feature?

My layout is displayed correctly in all browsers, both on Windows and on my iphone, but for other Apple devices, you can be calm, what is the same there? As an option, if you buy another ipad, will this close the need for checking the layout, because. macbook and imac don't have yet.

A browser is a browser, but the versions may differ on devices, which most likely depends on the IOS itself, so for cross-browser compatibility, in addition to knowing which browser is being used, you need to know its version, and already see if this or that property is supported for this version and above
