Is there a dependency map service with similar functionality (see post)?

Interested in a service (or application) for creating large (from 1000 elements) dependency maps. But the following features are important:
1. Fast movement through descendants and ancestors. Immediately see the nearest descendants and ancestors of the selected element. Not on the map, but on the quick access panel, because the child can be at the other end of the map for 1000 elements.
2. More than one data field per element.
3. Ability to export to a tabular version (ala csv) with id and parent_id.
I tried a lot, but either there isn’t everything, or just one thing, maybe I missed some services?
