Is there a delay in animation events?

The question is, there is an animation of the clock, two events are set in it: at the beginning and at the end. The animation lasts exactly 15 seconds (for my task, it is necessary that exactly the same amount of data is written to the list every 15 seconds). Those. 1000 data is collected in 15 seconds, sent to another script of this project, erased, and the same number is needed the next time the animation is started. In theory, since the data recording starts with an event at the beginning of the animation and ends with the same event at the end of the animation, then with each repetition of the animation there should be the same number, but this is not so, it is constantly different, sometimes the difference is small, sometimes more. Why ? Maybe this is the norm and you just shouldn’t hang actions on the animation, but do just the opposite on the actions to hang the animation.
