Is there a Cyrillic version of the Slimpact font?

I put the essence of the question in the title, and here are two links.
The first link leads to the Slimpact font and shows that it is there under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license, which does not exclude revision.
The second link shows that the question asked on Habrahabr has not yet been discussed (or, at least, the search does not find it).
