This will not be an editor, but a govnoverstki generator. Use Sublime Text 2. One of the most (for me, the best) editors.
And note. An editor that automatically creates a css rule for html is stupid.
What you call easy is not specifically used so that it would not turn out to be rubbish instead of pure adequate css code.

I agree with the previous commentator, Sublime Text 2/3 and you will be happy, there you can divide the window into 2 columns, and automatic css generation is really stupid. The Emmet plugin will help if you are lazy (like me :)), but you are thinking in the wrong direction.
