I have infoblock_1, I want to copy only some properties of elements of infoblock_1 into infoblock_2. And there is no way to do this, except to write code. Are there any other ways?

Didn't see anything but the module you don't like.
On the other hand, I also did not see a live content manager who can be entrusted with such work and sleep peacefully. And you can always give the admin a PHP script with comments.
Apparently, therefore, there is no ready-made solution.
