Is there a convenient time tracker for mac os x?

Now I use toggle desktop, but I really lack the ability to automatically track time when starting a certain program or a certain url.
I would like to be able to set a list of projects/programs/url-s, etc., upon startup of which the elapsed timer is automatically activated/stopped.

I use https://wakatime.com/ but only for coding... debugging the code in the browser does not take into account... but IMHO it's still bread....
