Is there a convenient organizer for books in pdf/djvu?

On the screw there is a fairly large number of technical literature in these formats. Just files. Viewing everything manually is unrealistic, but I would like to be able to search not only by name. Is there any ready-made software that is able to extract from them, for example, ISBN, and load additional information about the book using it?
