Is there a convenient analogue of github with a free private repository?

All the time with Github and Bitbucket, I was looking at other people's projects or taking pieces of code into my projects, or just peeping how to work with different classes in java, etc.
Later, I somehow tried to work with git in conjunction with ide.
I really liked the work, it’s convenient to watch the changes, and if you mess up, you don’t need to take a steam bath for a long time and remember what it was like)
