Is there a connection between installing php modules and blocking connection to OpenSUSE via vmware?

Win10, vmware (bridge), OpenSUSE 15 Leap, PHP7.
Installed the php7-fileinfo module and lost a few hours.
The module worked, but after the reboot, the address and route at the network interface disappeared - empty! DHCP did not work.
I assign manually the address and route. Doesn't work naturally as vmware requires a reboot.
I delete the module, I reboot - the address and route appear themselves, which they were (received via dhcp) - all programs work.
I tried NAT and host-only modes in vmware, overloaded everything - they did not receive addresses via DHCP, although for example in Ubuntu 18 the interface receives an address in all three modes (and its PHP distribution already has fileinfo).
