Is there a comprehensive smart water heating control system?

Good afternoon, I wanted to ask people who have experience in building a smart home.
Are there ready-made solutions for managing water heating with underfloor heating + radiators + gas boiler that integrate with Alice, Google, homekit?
Or ready-made semi-homemade developments that you can see.
I would be grateful for any information on this matter.

Dealt with two UD systems. The principle of construction is the same. We put an electrovalve on all radiators and on all underfloor heating circuits (400r on Ali or 1000r in large construction). We put temperature sensors (ds18b20) in the rooms where we want to maintain / regulate the air temperature. We set the desired temperature in the software, the controller maintains it by opening and closing the valve on the radiator. Underfloor heating according to the schedule (at night and during working hours off) with an hour gap in order to take into account inertia. When the radiator is closed, the coolant flows through the bypass. Therefore, one room may have a lower temperature than the next. When all circuits are closed, the coolant flows through a small circuit and the return to the boiler returns not cooled down. The boiler sees this and stops heating. The software used loxone in one case - it can maintain temperature and schedules out of the box. And openhab in the second - you yourself write scripts for maintaining the temperature (you need to switch valves in advance to take into account the hysteresis) and for schedules. Everyone knows how to work with voice assistants natively or through crutches.

There are no such solutions because of the absurdity of the idea.
In principle, this is possible: a thermal tap is installed on each heating unit (radiator, underfloor heating) (with bluetooth / Wi-Fi, I don’t know if there are any; with manual temperature setting, it’s not a problem), and from the central terminal (Alice, application) it’s steered desired temperature. But since the nodes are connected in series, it will not be possible to steer the radiator by 30 degrees if there is a warm floor with 20 degrees in front of it.

I like Microline's ZONT GSM thermostats. There are solutions for managing one heating circuit, as well as several. You can manage both from the Web service and through the mobile application. There is also an API for developing your own controls. https://zont-online.ru/internet-magazin/termostaty
In addition, you can manage and monitor not only heating, but also, say, water supply and a septic tank.
