Is there a completely convenient cloud storage?

I went through a lot of "clouds", but I did not find really good ones. I even tried BitTorrent Sync out of desperation, but even on LAN the speed is sad.
I have several requirements:
1. A sane free rate. 2 GB is not serious. Even on dropbox, I got 50 GB in 7 simple steps.
2. Clients for major platforms. Windows, Android required. Linux is desirable.
3. Synchronization of any folder, both on the WB and on the mobile device. On the desktop, Cubby can do this, but on smart, the files are shoved nowhere further. Or at least to keep it on the phone not in the cache, but in the folder
4. Sane speed.
I remember that there was something like this in Wuala, but their clients are frankly miserable.
Frankly, we need an analogue of SugarSync, only with a free plan.
Who uses what?

Bittorent Six, if you have a server with a good link to the Internet, works fine, that is, the computer is always on at home and voila speed.
