Is there a complete Material css/frontend framework?

Good time. There are many implementations of material design on the Internet, but for some reason all the solutions are unfinished - either there are not enough pickers, then there are no animations, or something else is forgotten. Haven't they made a full-fledged implementation in accordance with the official specification yet ?
