Is there a cold password manager?
There was a need to take care of their security from brute passwords. In order not to store all passwords in a notebook, an idea was born. Everyone knows or heard about the usb duck, which emulates typing from the keyboard in an automated mode. Are there solutions that can be used to turn into a cold password manager?
As I see it: a usb device that stores all passwords with unique identifiers. We connect this device to a computer / phone, etc. via usb. We connect through the program via Bluetooth to this device and select the desired password from the names (Skype, Google, cryptocontainer, etc.). The phone itself does not store the password, it only transmits the password identifier to the device. The device, having received the identifier, emulates keyboard input in the field we need, which has focus.
In general, the solution is quite simple and is implemented in raspbury. The application can be quickly assembled, in fact it is a database that gives 1 bluetooth command.
If I don’t see anything ready, I’ll have to do it, but maybe there is already something like that?
