What is the alternative for the Passbolt password manager?
Once we were faced with the task of having a corporate password manager that would look at the web.
The solution had to be simple and functional. Ability to manage users, groups, access rights, categories of passwords and access to them, satisfactory security. We asked the Toaster community and out of the options we chose Passbolt because at first glance, he should have completely closed the case.
But it turned out that some things in Passbolt are implemented, to put it mildly, strangely. And administering the system with an administrator account is unbearable. Nothing can be done en masse, automated, and user groups are very unfortunate with regard to passwords.
The other suggested options don't work either.
We are ready to use a commercial solution (preferably a purchase, not a subscription for the user), possibly integrating with JIRA (here we can consider a subscription). (Atlassian had some kind of enterprise access solution, but it solves other problems).
Therefore, we again turn to the community, maybe this time something more suitable will fall into our field of vision. Thank you.
