Is there a cloud archive storage?

Good day.
The question is the following: the company needs to store archival data, at the moment about 20 TB with rare access - once a month or two they put it together, once in a couple of months they got something (not a complete archive). For the big guys, the solution is obvious - a tape library or two would fit perfectly into this scenario.
I would like to hear if there are any options for small companies, something like renting a library like a cloud or the like? Well, except for the obvious ones, like renting more servers.
