Is there a cheap switch with an "incoming" gigabit port?

I'm looking for a reliable 100Mbps switch with a single gigabit uplink within a thousand and a half, but I can't find it. Why is it necessary? For the sake of economy. A gigabit channel comes into the office, and I want to disconnect it between workstations.
If there are no such ones in production (although 100-Mbit switches are still being produced), can you pay attention to some kind of BUS piece of iron?
Thank you.
