Is there a capacitive 4 inch touch screen for raspberry pi?

Hello.
My friends gave me some work to do, I'm assembling a monster on a raspberry with special software on board, and there are no problems with this. But one condition is confusing, you need a 4-inch touch screen, and it must be capacitive, not resistive. I couldn't find it on ali and ebay. Maybe someone has come across similar screens and will tell you where you can get them.
There was also an idea to borrow a touch and a display from some smartphone, but then you need to stir up controllers or additional boards as far as I understand, or am I mistaken, and can I assemble something not very gigantic for integration?
