Is there a built in respond.js in modernize.js?

Hello. I recently heard that you can add respond.js to your moderniza build . But on the off site I can not find the treasured button. Perhaps I was late for a couple of years and everything has been in the assembly for a long time. At the moment, I add respond like this.

Let me know if I heard right about the build or how things are now for adaptive support for IE8 and below.

www.initializr.com - I saw this here. Select modernizr and check the response checkbox. Get "modernizr-2.8.3-respond-1.4.2.min.js"
