Is there a board with usb in place for cd-rom?

Hey! I can’t formulate a question for Google, but I’m almost sure that such things exist in nature. there are places on the system unit for installing cd drives, I want to stick a certain thing in this place so that it has usb outputs (usb-c is needed), because it is not very convenient to reach for the back of the system manager every time, but here the place directly asks for such extensions. How can I find similar solutions? Perhaps you can recommend a specific model?

not a problem to find (at least before there were a lot of options).
the only question is whether there is where to plug such a socket on the motherboard.
