Is it just my toaster that doesn't work all the time? Either 504, then 503, then it doesn’t connect at all (Connection Timeout).
Pages open in 30s-1min.
Started about 2 weeks ago.

Somewhere from mid-January (now it is difficult to determine exactly when it started), the situation gradually worsens - frequent 5XX, the server response time has greatly increased (sometimes for many seconds).
Why is the administration not paying attention to this? - Maybe when accessing specifically from their location, the problem is not reproduced (there are such types of problems, especially when balancing the load), so they do not believe in the seriousness of the situation. It is easy to check by looking at the statistics on questions, answers and activity of experts, it differs from 2015 not for the better. Reason: people do not want to eat liver with bugs and leave the site. For example, before I could easily write up to 10 answers a day or more, now I don’t even answer every day. Not that I became more lazy to do this, just adequate questions (programming, mostly) disappeared somewhere. Less relevant questions => less active responders => less willingness to ask interesting questions in a place like this => less relevant questions. I don't have proof
