Hi people! I am not particularly strong in the intricacies of processor temperatures, so I turn to you for advice. I have an Intel i7-11700 + Zalman cnps10x performa plus processor (I know that there is better, but for now this tower) on a Gigabyte z590 d motherboard.

In games, the temperature flies up to 70-75-78 degrees, in normal mode, the temperature fluctuates ~ 40 + - degrees. A question about a temperature of 75 degrees - is it normal for a processor or a lot? Should I change the cooling or leave everything as it is?

Aida in the stress test, 93 degrees during the first 5 minutes, no throttling.

I solved the problem, maybe it will be useful for someone.
1) Aligned the radiator shoe to the mirror
2) Replaced the thermal paste with Arctic Mx 4
In the stress test 78 degrees versus 93
In Cyberpunk 61 versus 75

75 degrees - ok
95 - too much.
If there is no throttling, it's fine.
