Is the place on the VDS counted correctly? I pay for 90 GB, but in fact it turns out 85.5 GB. Or is it ok?

The VPS hoster doesn't care that you use 84 out of 90 G.
Even if you didn't use anything at all, you would be charged for the full amount.
If you want to pay based on actual consumption, this is for cloud technologies.
Where you pay exactly as much as you consume at the moment.

Well, at least you have an overhead on the file, and in addition to sda1, maybe you have a swap partition there on sda2, for example
