Is the Skillbox "Web Layout" course of December 2020 still out of date?

My relative decided to spend money on this course: the emphasis is strongly shifted towards useless whistle-blowers like pixel perfect, and nvda, which the front-ender, which has just left the converter, will not taste for a few more years (or maybe never at all).
+ the practice of layout of non-landings is completely absent (suddenly, if the site has more than one page, there are a lot of specifics that you will have to get acquainted with immediately on a combat project).
But (especially after the update of winter 20-21 (I don’t remember exactly when it was)) all the key information in the course has been cleared. However, focusing on vanilla html+js is completely redundant there. The client and the employer now want react (large companies are generally angular).
