1) I have basic knowledge of css, html, make up a web page with animation in css, while without adaptability and cross-browser compatibility it is easy
2) Free time, from 6 to 16 hours a day

with free 16 hours a day, you can go to work in three months, I don’t understand what you will learn for a whole year, html css and js are not that big, for some reason you are silent about frameworks, it is logical that you should know bootstrap if you are typesetting, it is logical to know some kind of laravel 5 for php, it is logical to know probably react or angular for a front-end developer.
choose a specialization all the same,
what side is java and android not clear at all

Freelancing is not worth it.
Money, yes, fast yes, more, yes.
But your growth is very slow.
Work at the studio for at least 3 years.
Then you will overtake the same freelancer with no experience in studio work - and you will overtake at times in terms of salary.
