Is the RAM compatible with the motherboard?

There is a question about the compatibility of RAM with the motherboard.
Asus P8H61 -M LX2 R2.0 board, the following is written in the specification of the board about memory:

2 x DIMMs, max. 16GB, DDR3 2200 (OC) / 2100 (OC) / 2000 (OC) / 1800 (OC) / 1600 (OC) / 1333 / 1066 MHz, non-ECC, un-buffered memory

Essential questions:
1. I want to install 2x8gb RAM Kingston HyperX FURY Red Series [ HX313C9FRK2/16 ], will it fit?
2. Judging by the specification, does this mean that the frequency with which the RAM is running should not be more than 1333 MHz, and the frequencies indicated with OC mean acceleration due to the board?

There is a small SPD chip on the RAM boards, it contains the parameters with which this memory works.
If you do not shove DDR4 into the DDR3 slot or vice versa, then problems usually do not arise.
Normally, without overclocking and forced selection of the XMP profile, the memory will operate at the maximum possible frequency for it, but not higher than that supported by the processor.

Fits. After all, in your list of memory profiles there is: 1333
1333 - this is the frequency with which the memory manufacturer guarantees operation. But you can try and overclock to higher ones.
