Is the prefetcher working properly?

win10x64_1607_LTSB
1 ssd (system, os) (program files)
2 hdd - (media) (program files2)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters
EnablePrefetcher 3
The superfetch service works
As we understood it on two disks there are program files (on the second, there are mostly those that are rarely used and porters to save space)
Now the question itself. It seems that Windows itself should understand what ssd is and programs should not be marked for it (I don’t know what to call it, mb marking - don’t judge strictly gentlemen) in the prefetch folder,
but only for the hard drive (mb I’m wrong and it doesn’t work like that ) poke the link please)
but it makes recordings of programs from all disks.
I cleaned the folder, so you can be sure that there are records of programs that are on ssd
. I don’t see the point in this, who can tell me how to fix it? (maybe this is how it should work?)
What is all this for? - reduce the number of write cycles on ssd by about 0.000001%
I already put on a foil hat and transferred the cache to the hard drive, and the swap file, and temporary folders)
I would be glad for any info,
looking ahead: I can turn off prefetch myself, if that)
UPD: In order not to mislead people further, I will explain
EVERYTHING that comes after the foil hat is nothing more than a joke, and has nothing to do with reality

What would it be? The service is running, the trace is on.
I do not see the point in this, who will tell you how to fix it? (maybe that's how it's supposed to work?)
And why fix it, everything is so good.
